• We accept payments through online payment methods, e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, bank transfer.
• Payment must be made in full before we proceed with order processing.

3. Order Processing and Cancellation

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• For customized orders, processing takes 8-10 business days.
• Cancellations are not possible once an order is processed. However, modifications might be possible within 2-3 hours of placing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• We strive to deliver orders within 5-6 days after order processing (dispatching).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
• In case of lost or damaged items during transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed after receiving returned items.
