Parcel Opening Video Requirement

For any claims of damage or defects, a clear and complete video of the parcel opening process is mandatory.

  • The video should start from the opening of the courier cover
  • It must show the entire contents of the parcel
  • Any damage or defects must be clearly visible in the video
  • Without this video, we cannot process any claims

Color Variation Policy

Slight color variations between the product image and the actual product are possible due to:

  • Lighting differences during photography
  • Screen settings and calibration variations
  • Other technical factors

We are not responsible for such variations, and no exchanges or refunds will be provided on these grounds.

Size Issues Policy

If the size issue arises due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any returns or exchanges.

It is essential to ensure accurate measurements before placing an order.

Late Delivery Policy

In case of late delivery beyond the estimated timeframe (7-9 business days), we are not liable for any penalty or forced refund if the delay is caused by factors beyond our control.

General Return Instructions

  2. Provide the required parcel opening video if claiming damage/defects
  3. Items must be in original condition with tags attached
  4. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is from our side
  5. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items
